With the further development of the exchange activities between Chinese and foreign students in the Institute for Finance and Accounting Studies (IFAS), a one-to-one peer learning exchange meeting was held on the 11th March 2019 for the 2018 Chinese and foreign students. This meeting was held at Jiageng Building No. 2, room 513 at 3:00p.m.

The Chinese students made preparations prior to the exchange meeting. They contacted their peer foreign students in advance to know the challenges and difficulties they encounter in their studies as well as their daily life in China, and gave possible solutions to these challenges during the exchange meeting. The activities focused on knowledge sharing and culture dissemination for foreign students to fully understand and experience the Chinese education and way of life. At the same time, Chinese students took the opportunity to understand the national culture of foreign students to broaden their horizons and build friendships.

Everyone spoke freely and the meeting was full of fun, leaving many unforgettable memories and beautiful moments. This was imperative to foster good relationship and create harmonious leaving environment for both Chinese and foreign students in IFAS. We hope to create more learning and communication platforms for foreign and Chinese students to understand each other and build fruitful networks as they climb the academic ladder.
