Abstract/摘要：Emerging trends across the investment sector will impact the profession, society, and end investors alike. Globally, the sector provides roughly 1.3 million jobs with USD 110 trillion currently under management, indicating the potential for global market disruption. While challenges and disruptions to the sector abound, opportunities also remain for those who stay ahead of the changes and challenges. The presentation specifically reviews four disruptive scenarios, as identified by the Institute of Financial Analysts (CFA) research. The four identified disruptions are Technology, Purposeful Capitalism, Lower for Longer, and Diverging Worlds. Dr Jeffrey Stangl will present the latest research, underpinned by his extensive background traversing the profession and academia.
