讲座人介绍：
Prof. James Ang got his master and PhD degree from Purdue University, US. He is one of the board members of FMA(Financial Management Association)，and was chairman and chief editor of the Association.
Prof. James Ang has published more than 150 papers in areas including corporate finance, investment, corpotare governance, international finance, and etc. He is editor and reviewer for Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Financial Research, European Financial Management and so on，and member of Western Finance Association，Eastern Finance Association，Southern Finance Association，European Financial Management Association,etc.
