近日，我院李茂良副教授（通讯作者）、陈晓琦助理教授（第一作者），与香港理工大学Emmanuel Obiri-Yeboah博士生（我院2018级硕士研究生，导师为李茂良副教授）、Qiang WU教授一起合作完成的学术论文，在国际知名学术期刊British Accounting Review在线发表。
British Accounting Review被SSCI收录为JCR一区，2023年度期刊影响因子为5.5；Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC)A*期刊；英国商学院协会ABS(AJG)三星期刊；并被我院认定为国际二类期刊。

论文题目：Rank-and-file employee stock options and audit pricing: Evidence from S&P 1500 firms
In this study, we examine the impact of rank-and-file employee stock options on audit fees. We document compelling evidence that option grants to rank-and-file employees are positively related to audit fees. Further analyses show that this positive relation is more pronounced when a firm's real earnings manipulation risk is higher and when rank-and-file employees are more sensitive to monetary incentives. We also find that options granted to rank-and-file employees are positively related to audit efforts. The evidence suggests that auditors perceive options to rank-and-file employees to be associated with increased audit risk.

李茂良，安徽庐江人，厦门大学管理学（财务学）博士，现任厦门大学财务管理与会计研究院副教授，硕士生导师，厦门大学会计发展研究中心研究人员。2016入选福建省高校杰出青年科研人才，2022年入选厦门市高层次人才。2017-2018年国家公派留学，在澳大利亚阿德莱德大学从事博士后研究。
研究兴趣包括公司信息披露，财务决策、公司治理、审计定价、市场流动性等，主持国家自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学基金项目、福建省中青年教师教育科研项目等多项课题，研究成果发表在《经济研究》《金融研究》《南开管理评论》《财贸经济》《经济管理》《British Accounting Review》《Accounting & Finance》《Applied Financial Economics》等国内外重要学术期刊，截至2024年6月，科研论文被引量达3100多次。曾获福建省优秀博士学位论文、福建省社会科学优秀成果奖、厦门市社会科学优秀成果奖等。匿名审稿经历包括《经济研究》、《经济学（季刊）》《南开管理评论》《当代会计评论》《金融评论》《Journal of Accounting and Public Policy》《Emerging Markets Finance and Trade》等核心学术期刊。兼任国家自然科学基金ISIS系统评议专家，厦门大学教材选用与编写审核专家、全国本科毕业论文（设计）抽检评审专家库专家和上市公司独立董事等。
陈晓琦，2020年9月在香港理工大学商学院（QS 全球排名65）获得博士学位，现任厦门大学助理教授，硕士生导师，福建省C类人才。主要从事公司信息披露、国际会计、行为金融学以及环境经济学相关研究。在Corporate Governance: An International Review、Journal of Accounting Auditing & Finance、British Accounting Review、Journal of International Accounting Research、Business Strategy and the Environment、Energy Economics、Economic Analysis and Policy、Finance Research Letters等国际知名期刊上发表十余篇，其中SSCI期刊论文12篇，ESCI期刊2篇，绝大部分为第一或通讯作者。作为主持人承担了福建省社科基金青年项目，参与国家社科重大课题，并获得Journal of International Accounting Research 2020年度最佳论文奖、Corporate Governance: An International Review 2022年度最佳论文奖以及香樟会议国际金融论坛优秀论文奖。
