金正本(Jeong-Bon KIM)教授曾经担任首位财务领域加拿大国家讲座教授(Canada Research Chair in Corporate Governance and Financial Reporting)，近年来的主要研究领域为国际会计准则、审计、市场风险、控制人等，多篇论文发表在Journal of Financial Economics, The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studies, Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory, Journal of Banking and Finance。
