With the approval of the university, it has been decided to withdraw student SHAMSUDDEEN MAMUDA ALI from the university. The official withdrawal document number is (2025) Yan Xue Ji Zi No. 0116. As the student cannot be reached, this announcement is hereby issued. Fifteen days from the date of this announcement shall be deemed as the date on which the notice is served. During this period, the student or an authorized representative may visit the institute to collect the withdrawal decision.

If the student has any objections to the withdrawal decision, they may submit a written appeal to the University Student Appeal Handling Committee within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the decision.
